Nurse Bank of Maryland Services

"I wanted to let you know how much we appreciated the help you (referred) to my mother for the past 2 months. My mother had lived independently for 87 years and was resistant to having (someone) at home with her. (The person you referred) was able to gain my mother’s confidence helping her to adjust to help with showering, personal hygiene and meals. Further, the (person you referred) was always pleasant and respectful… kept a watchful eye on mother—advising us if she saw a change. We are very appreciative.”
